Intern Roles & Responsibilities
Bolder Brand provides a mentor-style learning program to provide ample hands-on experience. Some of the roles and responsibilities for our intern roles include:
Administrative Assistant
Supports company with administrative functions and reports to the Operations Manager
Duties may include:
- Scheduling: Managing calendars and appointments for executives or teams.
- Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Office Organization: Maintaining files, records, and office supplies.
- ·Data Entry: Inputting and organizing data into spreadsheets or databases.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging meetings.
- Document Management: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents.
- Customer Service: Interacting with clients or customers for inquiries or support.
Project Manager Assistant
Supports the project manager and reports to the project manager.
Duties may include:
- Project Coordination: Assisting with project planning and organization.
- Task Tracking: Monitoring task progress and deadlines.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Communication: Facilitating communication among team members.
- Scheduling: Managing project timelines and milestones.
- Reporting: Preparing progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks.

Creative Assistant
Supports the graphic design team and reports to the Creative Director.
Duties may include:
- Creative Research: Conducting research to support creative projects.
- Idea Generation: Contributing ideas and concepts for creative work.
- Content Creation: Assisting in content development, writing, or design.
- Asset Management: Organizing and cataloging creative assets.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with creative teams on projects.
- Feedback Implementation: Making revisions based on feedback.
- Brainstorming: Participating in brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
- Presentation Support: Assisting with creative presentations.
Graphic Designer
Supports the Creative Director and team with graphic content and reports to the Creative Director.
Duties may include:

- Image Editing: Retouching, resizing, and enhancing images.
- Branding: Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
- Print and Digital Design: Creating materials for both print and web.

- Deadline Adherence: Meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
Analyst
Supports the Creative Director and Operations Manager with strategy development through careful collection and review of data and reports to the Creative Director.
Duties may include:

- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
- Reporting: Creating reports and visualizations of findings.
- Statistical Modeling: Applying statistical methods for analysis.
