 While their creative designs garnered significant attention, the absence of efficient order tracking, project timeline management, customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce capabilities posed significant operational challenges. The client sought to scale their business by streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience.

1. Order Tracking: The client struggled to efficiently track incoming orders. Orders were called in, emailed, and taken by hand by both partners at tradeshows and similar events. While no orders were ever lost, the temporary misplacement of order tickets and emails resulted in occasional delays and disappointed customers.
2. Project Timelines: With a growing order volume, managing project timelines and ensuring on-time completion became increasingly complex. Automation in product development was limited to expensive equipment and software.
3. CRM: Alongside the lack of an order tracking process, the absence of a CRM system hindered effective customer communication and the ability to build lasting relationships.
4. E-commerce Integration: Our client wanted to sell their products online, but lacked the necessary e-commerce infrastructure. Not only did they need a site re-design, but coding enabled integrations between an online shopping cart, catalogs of work and services offered, and a funnel that supported their goal from lead to sale. 
5. Reporting: This very manual business suffered tremendously in all areas of reporting. The biggest impact of this was in their supply chain management in which they were blindsided by the amount of money they were actually spending per product piece.  

 To address these challenges, our team adopted a comprehensive approach, focusing on process automation and system integration: 

• Order Tracking System: We implemented an automated order tracking system that streamlined the entire order lifecycle, from order placement to delivery. This has a ripple effect which allows real-time tracking for both customers and internal teams. Integrated with the CRM platform, customer profiles were captured and appropriately tagged for marketing campaigns. Once placed, orders were automatically compiled into a project list platform which scanned orders for shortages in material and notified the ordering clerk to process and order for needed material.

• Project Management Platform: We integrated a project management platform and a third-party communicator to capture orders and process them from the website into a project tracking solution, enabling our client to manage project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress seamlessly for every stage of a product’s development. We also budgeted for computerized equipment for large-scale production. 

• CRM Integration: The strategic integration of a CRM system into our client's business operations was a game-changer. It streamlined customer data management, improved internal communication, enabled comprehensive tracking of customer interactions, and empowered our client to deliver highly personalized content for future campaigns. 

• E-commerce Setup: Our team implemented a robust e-commerce solution seamlessly integrated into the website, revolutionizing the way our clients do business. One of the pivotal enhancements included the introduction of user-friendly product catalogs. These catalogs were meticulously designed to optimize the browsing experience, making it easier than ever for customers to explore the extensive product offerings. We implemented a state-of-the-art payment processing system that guarantees the utmost security for every transaction.

• Reporting Dashboards: To empower this business with actionable intelligence, we strategically engineered and deployed tailored reporting dashboards. These meticulously crafted reporting tools not only offered invaluable insights into pivotal areas such as sales trends, customer behavior, inventory, and operational efficiency but also furnished a data-driven bedrock upon which to base astute strategic decisions.
